About the rooms:
Suite (2 beds) is 4,30mt x 2,95mt, 2 Twin Beds, private bath and also has a double deck bed for families with kids or bunch of friends. Children accomodation is charged separately upon arrival.
Standard (2 beds) is 2,70mt x 2,40mt, 2 Twin Beds, shared bath. Jose will use this one mon-fri from 730am to 8am

About Kitchen:
Small table and electric 2 plate artifact for your own cooking
Microwave and freezer available for your use

Studio is located in separate building 1 block from main home. 20th floor overlooking San Cristobal hill and the Andes. 1 bed-bedroom Studio 30 sq mt. No cable TV & No internet access in this specific premise.

Near Barrio Brasil. Easy connection to wineries 'vinas' Concha y Toro & Cousino Macul, and also to Cajon del Maipo mountain canyon, Pomaire pottery center and countryside, and Isla Negra.

Information:
Jose provides maps and brochures. Your host, Jose, has many years of experience working in the tourist industry and is able to help you connect with Santiago. After you make your booking you will be able to ask (ask and ask about anything¡) many questions to Jose and be guided on your trip organization. Please advise Jose or your age, gender and interests. Upon arrival Jose will provide you with specially designed informational sheets including: What to See/Do/Feel, What to Eat and Where to have fun, Day Trips. All Jose's reccomendations. He will be home mon-fri after 7pm to assist you personally

Hobbies: He also has an extensive CocaCola souvenirs collection, Baseball caps, Airline memorabilia and all types of souvenirs.

Summer time:
Looooooooooong days. Sunset at 845pm. Santiago is hot in summer. Vacation time!!!!!! from december 20th to march 5th for Chileans. Midnight sun in Patagonia

Children & Babies / Etiquette::
.If you are travelling with children, I strongly recommend that you book the Suite room. It has 2 twin beds, plus it has a berth (double deck bed), so that room can accommodate a family of 4. Let me know in advance once you have made your reservation.
You will only dress up for formal dinners. The rest is not formal.
When you tell somebody: 'Join me for a drink', 'Let's have lunch together', 'Let's go to this place'...make sure and clarify if you are inviting or not.
Tipping is not mandatory at restaurants but you may play between 7% to 10%
We do not tip taxi drivers
