In the event of cancellation the 90% charged by Tune Hotels will be refunded once the hotel receives notification of the cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you fail to show up or you do not give at least 72 hours notice of cancellation you will be refunded the amount charged minus a one night cancellation fee. |

Any amendments are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reservation amount. 3) BOOKINGS made FROM 5th December 2009 will include the below add-ons (per room per night): 12 hours air-conditioning & rental of 1 towel. This is only applicable for stays FROM 1st January 2010. 4) BOOKINGS made BEFORE 5th December 2009 does not include any add-ons.
