The B&B is about 18 km from Pisa

Romantic and exclusive house in stone set within the hillside of Tuscany, all dipped in the green of uncontaminated nature... Not too far from Pisa-airport and opposite an international riding school.

New areas are now available for the guests: a sunny renovated building next to the main house, previously used as a hayloft and featuring typical Tuscan-style refined details (wooden roof beams, pin-spain parquet floorings, sandstone threshold, period furniture), hosts the 'yellow bedroom' (with twin beds) and the 'green bedroom' (with a double bed) , each with a private large bathroom and a private entrance ensuring complete privacy. A breakfast hall and car parking place is available for the guests of both bedrooms.

Its happy geographic position allows easy access to several Tuscan towns of historical and architectural interest: Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Siena, S. Gimignano, Firenze, Vinci, Pistoia can be reached in very short time;
Near Uliveto and Casciana relaxing thermal parks , famous for the beneficial powers of its spring.

Furnished with refined taste and period pieces of furniture, the house is equipped with all the comforts. Exquisite hospitality and kindness. A limited number of guests allows personal attention to service in the complete privacy.
French and English are spoken and when our daughter, who as a degree in Oriental languages, is at home also Chinese and German.
There is ample car parking.
The house is very quite, colorful , clean, warm and cosy rooms, on the ground floor ,JUST RENOVATED, ended November 2008!

WE DO NOT HAVE DORMS BUT ONLY COMFORTABLE PRIVATE ENSUITE ROOMS (FOR 2 PEOPLE)!!!

AMENITIES:
Rates including 1 set of bath towels and 1 set of bed linings per guest+ breakfast +Free hot showers 24 hours + final cleaning +all taxes.
The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed linen is changed every three days.
In the morning, in the breakfast hall you will find every necessary that you can prepare yourself hot Italian breakfast (no timetables).

EXTRA-MANDATORY FEES: Obligatory Euro 10,00 per people for water,gas and electrical consumptions .

In case we have rooms available, we also provide a 'Day-stay' option, in which case we offer you the possibility of keeping your room until 7 p.m. by paying half of the regular room rate.

At your arrival you will take all the keys of the building for have no lockout and a free holidays (no timetables ).

The owners, retired teachers and experienced travellers, are a vast source of information for the surrounding areas and can point out routes for the guests to find out and enjoy both minor but very interesting unknown places.
We supply our guests with tourist guides, road maps and informative material on wine cellars, trips, outings, wine and gastronomic itineraries and cultural events.

We have never disappointed the demands of who appreciates culture, country life, and genuine products.

Characteristic villages, gentle foothills dotted with rows of cypress trees, farm houses, vineyard and olive groves dominate the environment, while the famous road of Chianti D.O.C.G. wine leads to Montespertoli (35 km), with its vineyards, cellars and the Chianti Show, it is one of the Tuscan wine capitals.
