Property description
Poble Sec one is a newly renovated third floor apartment (no elevator) which is equipped to host five guests in the popular Poble Sec area of Barcelona: located at the base of Montjuic, and an easy ten minute walk to Las Ramblas.
The apartment has one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests. In the living room is the sofa, a television, and dining table and chairs in the adjoining dining area. The dining room and the bedroom both open out onto a little private balcony by double doors which you can enjoy open in the summer.
The kitchen is complete with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and all bath towels and bed linen are provided for you. You also have use of a hairdryer and ironing equipment.
From this apartment you are just ten minutes walk away from Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter of the city, and a few blocks away from the closest metro stop. You're also located within easy walking distance to Plaza España, where many large conferences and trade events are held throughout the year.
Please note:
There is a minimum stay of 2 nights and there is an extra charge of 30€ for cleaning.
