Property description

This building has 10 apartments, a mixture of studios and 2 bedroom units. It has been recently renovated, 2008. These are very good standard apartments located on a pedestrian street in a quiet area in between the Borne and Gothic quarter, just 100m from the Paseo de Colon; a short walk or bus ride to Barceloneta beaches and not more than 10-15 minute walk to the famous Las Ramblas. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby.

Check In
A member of our team meets the client at the apartment to issue keys and provide any necessary explanations. The client signs the rental contract and pays the amount due for the whole stay, plus a security deposit. This deposit is between 100 and 300 euros depending on the accommodation. Should any queries or requests arise during a client's stay, our Customer Services Department is always available to help.

Check Out

On the day of departure, a member of our team visits the apartment to collect the keys and check for damage. Should there be any damage caused by the client during their stay, a corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit; otherwise it is refunded in full. A 65 euros charge is also payable for the final cleaning of the apartment to ensure it is ready and available for the next guest.
