Boomerang Backpackers is one of Central Sydney's , purpose built hostels offering safe and secure, quality accommodation at a very competitive price. Our location is the BEST in Sydney. We are only a 7 minute walk to the centre, a 15 minute walk to the Opera House & a 3 minute walk to Kings Cross - the place to visit some of Sydney's best bars & nightclubs - as well as a train station and large supermarket.. Stay at this great location & SAVE MONEY as you will have no need to spend money on public transport. If you are with AIFS then we are less than a 5 minute walk from the headoffice.

Boomerang offers a FREE BREAKFAST DAILY consisting of cornflakes, toast, jams and nutella, tea, coffee etc , FREE PICK-UP SERVICE from Sydney's airport (minimum 3night stay required to be eligible for free pick-up). CALL us when you arrive at the Airport in Sydney to arrange pick-up.
Our hostel complex includes 24 hour mini-supermarket - High Speed internet with headsets for Skype use - lockers in common room - laundry facilities - cable TV room great for watching all sports events including English football matches - rooftop BBQ & sun deck with amazing views of the Sydney's Harbour Bridge and city skyline.
Our rooms consist of 4-bed, 6-bed, 8-bed & 10-12 bed dorms and girls only dorms as well as twin, triple & double rooms.
There is also a well equipped kitchen with a gas oven, microwaves, gas rings, fridges, cutlery pots & pans etc. We have a very friendly & efficient staff that can help with information on the sights and places to visit in Sydney. We have free organised entertainment nights to help you meet new people. These include pub crawls, BBQs, Wine&Cheese nights plus DVD/Movie nights in at the Hostel.
