General Conditions:
The hotel requires pre-payment for 50% of the total package at time of
booking and the remainder up to a maximum of 90 days before the forecast
arrival of the client.
Cancellation Policy: In case of late cancellations after the deadline of 90
days, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full value of the package.

Values non-refundable and not transferred. In case of any change in economic
policy of the country, the Merlin Copacabana Hotel reserves the right to
change the value of the packages at any time, according to the index that
best represent the inflation of the period.

Note:
During the Carnival the hotel should be closed only for exit on 14, 15 and
16/2/2010.
During the period of Eve the hotel should be closed only to exit on 30 and
31/12/09
If the reservation pass through any of the nights in duration of the package
the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount for all nights of
lodging provided for each of their packages ie: (3 nights to Eve and 4
nights on Carnival.)
