Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations received less than 3 day(s) before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night(s) charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 1 night(s) cancellation fee.

Hotel Policy:
1. Rates are not included breakfast.
2. Check in time after 14:00(noon) or earlier upon room available.
Check out time before 12:00(noon)
Check out late: Any extension after 12:00 noon will be levied at 50% of regular rate. Extension after 16:00 will be charged at one night room rate.
3. Deposit of 1000 Baht per room is required when a customer checks in, and it will be returned when check out. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when check in. Hotel accepts cash (Thai Baht) only.
4. Due to the hotel security, visitors are not allowed to stay in guest room. Additional guest charge may be applied. Please meet at lobby.
5. There is no room charge for a child under 6 years old, (Maximum 1 child) staying with parent and using an existing beds. Children over 6 years old is considered and charged as adult.
