We may not be as spic-and-span as an newly built modern hotel since we renovated an old Japanese pharmacy/private house. However, we try our best to offer a clean and comfortable accommodation for guests who wish to explore the beautiful historic town of Nara.

We are not for you if you want to party. Instead, you will enjoy the tranquil yet friendly atmosphere. We are more than happy to help you with your plan making in this ancient capital of Japan. Ask us about Japan's oldest shrine and world's oldest wooden buildings, in addition to nice cafe nearby and other recommendations of our staff who love Nara and Buddhist art'.

We are only 6 - 8 min. away from Nara stations and conveniently located within walking distance from most of the tourist attractions including the famous Great Buddha Hall of Todaiji.

Policies

If you did not show up without calling by 10:00pm, we do not guarantee your beds. We lock the entrance at 10:00pm. You are responsible for making other arrangement for the night yourself.

If you do not show up by 12:00am, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation Penalty will be charged as cited below.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 2 days before date of arrival, 50% of total cost of stay will be charged.
If cancelled 1 day before date of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of total cost of stay will be charged.
