important to know:
- if you don't arrive at the time mentioned in your reservation, we will cancel the booking after one hour. so please call us if you will be delayed. - please pay in cash upon arrival.

good to know:
- in the rooms you will find both beds and lockers (except the nine-bed-dormitory, where you will find lockers on the corridor).
- below the rooms are two bars and at weekends it can get loud.
- there is a communal room where you can socialise, eat, drink and play games with others.
- we do not offer breakfast, but there is a fully equipped kitchen. we provide coffee and tea for free.
- we are a non-smoking hostel. you can smoke on our all-weather balcony.
- you will find the communal showers and toilets alongside the rooms.
- we try to meet your room wishes. due to unpredictable events changes within the booked category may be necessary .

times:
- reception is open from 8 am till 11 pm, thursdays, fridays and saturdays till 2 am.
- check-in from 3 pm till 8 pm. late check-in on request.
- check-out from 8 am till 11 am.
- you can leave your luggage. (hostel staff is not liable for any loss of property.)
- please note that delayed check-out will be be charged!
- no curfew, keycard with deposit.
