Property description
The studio-apartments (4) are located in between the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana (Arpoador) in a nice and small apartment building with 24 hours security and 2 elevators.
Arpoador is the small, cozy and very safe area right in between the beautiful and famous beaches of Copacabana (4 minutes walking) and Ipanema (8 minutes walking). Next door to, and around the apartment you will find: an internet-café, a supermarket, laundry service and several juice-bars, restaurants and a metro station!
The studios are on the 9th and 10th floor so there is relatively little street noise. (Except the 4th studio on the 2nd floor!)
1)The renovated STANDARD studio 905 has a blindex shower cabin with gas-heated hot water; kitchenette with: microwave oven, 2 pits electrical cooker and a big fridge. The living/sleeping room has: 20 inch colour TV with DVD-player, 1 double bed, 1 extra single bed/couch, 1single sofa bed, small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a stool and 2 ceiling fans.
This studio accommodates comfortably 3 people and of course towels and sheets are provided just like tourist information. AIRCONDITIONING AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE (R$15-30/day)!!
2) the 2nd DELUXE studio 1007 has the same size and facilities but the only difference is that it has an electric shower and AIR CONDITIONING!
Here we can set up: 1 Very big and comfortable double bed and 1 sofa bed or 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. So it accommodates comfortably 3 people.
!!If only sleeping space is needed a 4th person can stay for a small extra fee!!
3) the 3rd studio 906 is the most luxury one as it has cable TV, blinded windows, airconditioning, big table, 4 pits gasstove and 2 single beds (2 can be put together). A sofa bed can be added for an extra charge!
4) the 4th studio 201 is a freshly renovated 3 single bed studio with a small airco which is divided in 2 parts, one with a bunkbed and sofa, the other part with eating table and single bed. It is on the 2nd floor so there is streetnoise, but with windows closed and airco on it is quiet enough at night. 4th bed possible for an extra charge!
