Property description
Enjoy a glimpse of paradise, staying in your own private chalet set in tropical gardens only 50 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!
Pousada Mangueira has just three individual chalets which are fully independent and have private bathrooms with hot showers, roof fans, refrigerators and private verandas. They are surrounded by tropical flowers and fruit trees including mango, jambo, lime, orange, pitanga, graviola, maracuja, caju and coconut trees full of exotic birds and beautiful wildlife.
The individual nature of the chalets and the surrounding gardens provide privacy and an oasis of tranquility for our guests.
Breakfast is served on your own veranda, with a variety of juices, fresh fruits, homemade cakes and jam, local delicacies and tea or coffee.
The island of Boipeba sits 100 kilometres south of Salvador and has been an environmentally protected area for nearly 30 years. There are no roads or cars; transport is by boat, canoe, horse, tractor and donkey.
Moreré is a fishing village with 250 inhabitants and is famous for its fish and seafood and its incredible deserted beaches rated the most beautiful in Brazil by 4-Rodas, the number one Brazilian tourist guide.
The Pousada provides free internet access for its guests and can also arrange boat and canoe trips, horse rides along deserted beaches, guided forest walks and trips to the world famous Natural Swimming Pools where you have the opportunity to swim alongside many types of fish.
Here time goes by slowly, and stress is a word which doesn't exist…
