Surrounded by the picturesque mountain landscape of the Saanenland in the Bernese Oberland, our newly renovated Hotel Kernen is a paradise for lovers of sports, nature, gourmet food, entertainment and relaxation.

The rooms are rustically but elegantly furnished, and most have a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

In every season the hotel is an ideal starting point to the hiking paths and mountain bike trails, as well as the ski slopes and cross-country ski runs of the Gstaad-Saanenland region. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all these activities.

Our guests have the opportunity to use the swimming pools and the spa area of our neighbouring hotel Ermitage at a reduced rate.

The 18-hole golf course of Gstaad is only a 10-minute drive from the hotel. As our guest you will receive a green fee discount of 10%.

Our kitchen staff are passionate about creating exquisite traditional fare, using only the finest local products.
