Cancellation policy

We will accept cancellation or modification on the accommodation terms without penalty until 11 pm. of 4 day before arrival, otherwise we will debit you otherwise we will debit you the 50% of the total amount for each reserved room + the 6 % of bank commission.

Once you arrive, in case of anticipated departure, the Hotel will anyway charge the amount of the whole stay.

The credit card is just a guarantee. We accept payment in cash (dollars, euro and tanzanian shillings) or by VISA/MASTERCARD credit cards (+ 6% commissions)
