Located on the edge of the fascinating Old Quarter of Hanoi, the Hanoi Lakeside Hotel is in quiet and shady Hang Hanh street, less than a two minute stroll from the beautiful lake Hoan Kiem. The area is served by major banks, including the international HSBC, Vietcombank and ANZ, and nearby are many fine cafes and restaurants. We also provide foreign exchange into dong for major currencies at our desk, charging no commission and giving the same rates as the banks.

Our friendly desk staff are well trained and all speak English. They can help you with anything from advice about here to eat to calling you a taxi or arranging a tour or onward travel.

We have 18 rooms, all with en-suite toilet and shower, furnished in a delightful traditional Vietnamese manner. Each room is equipped with a Fefrigerator, Fan, Air-conditioner, Flat Screen cable LCD TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, Telephone and a safe. Some rooms have views over the Lake and others City views across the street. Some have Balconies. A lift (elevator) serves all floors and Internet computers are located in the lobby.

Now just $30 dollars per night - a saving of 10% on the usual price of $30 for Single room, $30 for Double/Twin room or $40 for Triple/Family rooms.
