Property description
As we were travelling through Andalusia, a beautiful region in the south of Spain, we passed by Huescar. Looking for a unique location, we found this region, which is 150 km from Granada and the Sierra Nevada. We found cave dwellings, in a beautiful and peaceful environment with countless lakes and parks.
These caves have been used by the Moors in the Middle Ages and later as a sleeping-place and as a shelter for shepherds and their sheep. During winter and summer, the temperature in the caves is of 18 ° C up to 20 ° C, cool in summer and warm in winter. After this magnificent discovery, we decided to restore these caves and keep the original rooms, each with a fireplace and chimney. Of course, we added the modern conveniences, a kitchen, a bathroom with jacuzzi, bedroom with a four-poster bed and romantic lighting.
Each cave has its own terrace or garden, barbecue and garden furniture.
