| NOTE: Special Events Booking CARNIVAL 2010 - For the period of CARNIVAL, there is a minimum stay period. If this period is not respected and a booking is made breaking the minimum stay, not only will it not be considered and automatically be cancelled but the deposit made will not be refunded. A deposit of 50% of the balance is required to confirm your reservation. All reservations will be re-confirmed closer to the date of the packages via e-mail which is why it is extremely important for a valid e-mail to be given. If our e-mails aren’t answered before 3 weeks of the first day of the package, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. CANCELLATION POLICY: After the stipulated dates the deposit will NOT be refunded. In case of a No-Show the package will be charged in its entirety. New Year’s – Bookings cancelled until November 30th will receive a refund of 100% of the deposit paid (50% of the balance). |
