Property description

Villa Franci is a beautiful property, fully restored, with large spaces available, inside and outside. The best place where to spend some days close to the nature and, at same time, to be in the middle of so many historical and culinary places to visit. A sophisticated atmosphere in a very elegant environment!

In the Villa Franci park, and even more in the two close public parks ("Taro" e "Boschi di Carrega") it is possible to keep yourself in good shape, along many different country trails.
On demand, it is possible to use the Sauna or
the steam bath (the cabin is the same);
max two people. Also scooters and bicycle are available.
When the weather is too cold or rainy, inside the villa, close to the sauna/steam bath room, a gym is available with a beautiful view of the park.
Some private rooms (2-20 people) are available for private meetings, parties or dinner.

Villa Franci is a 40 year old country house, restored in 2007. It is located on the first hills close to Parma (20 minutes by car), surrounded by a marvelous private garden and woods of 40.000 square meters.
Several outdoor parking spots around the Villa, all within the fenced private garden. On request, also an indoor car park is available.

The Villa Franci property is bordering on Boschi Carrega Park, 2 km away from Taro Park, 150 m away from the XII century Pieve Romanica,a small and beautiful church, located on the Via Francigena's itinerary, and 5 km away from Golf Club La Rocca.

Villa Franci is closed to Parma (14 Km) 'Boschi di Carrega' Park (1 Km), 'Taro River' Park (2 Km) and Golf Club 'La Rocca' (5 km).
