**PLEASE READ INFO ABOUT OUR DORM ROOMS**
DORM ROOMS ARE IN ANOTHER BUILDING AND NOT IN THE PICTURES
Most of the present reviews are not about our dorm rooms .but about our private studios which are in the picture and are in a more central and better location..
In dorm rooms you may not be together in the same room..
Our studios are all with double beds or single beds.
All rooms are equipped with full kitchen facilities , TV,air-conditioning,balcony.
We are only 50 meters from our beautiful sand beach and there are a lot of great restaurants at the beach front. It's a great beach area with a great feeling in the summer evenings.
We have also opened an internet cofeehouse..
Chania, is a beautiful and picturesque city with reminders of the past at every corner. Chania is the main town in the west of Crete,and from here you can visit some of the most beautiful natural sights and beaches in Greece.
You can hike through the Samaria Gorge in one day.....Hike to the first monastery of Crete -1000 years old in Agia Triada area...Visit the white and pink sand beaches unique to Crete..Stavros Lagoon,Balos Lagoon, Elafonisi Island ,Falasarna Bay....!!
Please during the winter time contact the property before your arrival in order to organize your check in and transfer when transfer is possible
******BOOKING DORM ROOMS******
Constantino's Dorm Rooms are in another building from the one in the picture...It's not as central and new but we provide basic facilities ..There are private bathrooms,a fridge, and something to make a coffee..
and a balcony..This place is 20 minutes walk from the center but close to the beach 150 meters...Simple but clean...

We love-LOVED our stay at Constanio's Studios in Chania! Our host was so gracious and lovely , picking us up and giving us lots of advice about the city and Crete's beautiful western shore (we rented a car - great idea!). Our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer! We could walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the town in less than 15 along the shore. Soon, the beautiful Internet cafe they are renovating will be up and running and that will be lovely, too! Thanks for everything Constantino, we'll be back! Our one suggestion would be to have basic staples in the studio kitchens (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and maybe some tea!). Ciao!

Constantino was an absolute help and he showed us the best things to do in Chania (Sumaria Gorge is a must). Very helpful and an excellent location near the port. We ended up extending our stay and put Chania and Crete as a must on any island hopping holiday!

Constantino (the owner) was amazing from the moment we got there. We were originally only going to stay 2 days, but we stayed for 9. He pointed out everywhere for us to go and how to get there. Gave us a good rate for internet and free drinks. The room was great, we had our own kitchen and were a couple minutes from the beach. Honestly this was one of the nicest and most affordable places we stayed in the last 3 months of our trip. When we come back to Chania we will be staying here. :)
