Eviction Policy:
We are fair, please respect our property and our guests so we can all enjoy a great time. we want you to have fun, but we will evict you without notice or refund if you misbehave or if you are loud and behave in an inappropriate manner.
Pickup policy:
Free pickup from airport is subject to seat availability and confirmed reservation. Min stay requirements apply (5 nights). please contact us to arrange pickup. (pickup is not available after 7pm or before 7am - please use the train cost is about $14 each way)
NB: We Do not pay for or refund money for airport transfers.
NB: Our Hostel is a youth hostel and not suitable nor comfortable for older guests (over 35 years old with prior arrangement only)
NB: Free bag storage is avialable for a standard sized bag (one per person) on day of departure only. long term storage is available at a cost. Please check with reception for details.
NB: Bookings of more than 5 people need to contact us directly for approval a surcharge may apply for group bookings (minimum 25% and upto 300%).
New Year Policy:
There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks. We do not accept check-ins or check-outs on 30, 31st December and 1st January unless with prior approval and arrangement Stays of less then 14 nights attract an aditional surcharge of 30%. 50% of the balance owed is charged on making the reservation, the balance of full payment is required on 1st December prior to arrival. New Year bookings are not refundable. We strongly advise you to take out insurance.
Although the deposit to hostel-world maybe refundable according to their terms and conditions, the additional deposit to the our hostel is not refundable - please consider this carefully when making a reservation and obtain travel insurance
