Property description
The Cosmopolitan is located in Caboolture on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. There are many small beaches in the area and the fishing is good.
Caboolture is the strawberry capital of Australia. So there is plenty of fruit picking work in the area during the strawberry season starting in April and ending in November. In summer months there is plenty of work in the hospitality industry.
The hostel has international satellite TV, and the internet in different languages. The hostelliers are mainly backpackers on working visas or spouses of students on student visas. The spouse of a student is allowed to work in Caboolture.
Caboolture is halfway between the Centre of Brisbane and the centre of The Sunshine Coast and much cheaper cost of living than both. There is a farmers market every Sunday where you can buy Fresh locally grown fruit and vegetables, very cheaply.
There are buses nearby, to the nearby train stations and supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away.
