Casa Del Mar Hotel is intimate and comfortable, rich with palms and more than 40 other different exotic trees and plants. It lies directly on the white sand beach in Jambiani on the east coast of Zanzibar, about 50 Km from Stone-Town.
Casa Del Mar Hotel contains 12 rooms, a shop, and a workshop, two tea houses direct on the beach, Internet access, and a restaurant which is very artistically designed and furnished. Casa Del Mar Hotel has 6 big Ground floor rooms, with private bathrooms (with cold/hot water) and balconies. In addition to that our Hotel provides 6 other rooms in the first floor with an extra sleeping room (gallery), private bathrooms (with cold/hot water) and Terraces. These rooms are big and spacious (50 sq/m!). All our 12 rooms have sea view. They contain large comfortable beds (king size double beds) with mosquito nets, traditional pieces of furniture, wooden floors, ceiling fans.
Sail with the Nglawa, a local fishing boat to the marvelous spots on the nearby amazing reefs for fishing and snorkeling. Swim with the dolphins in nearby Kizimkazi. We organize trips to the Jozani rain forest in which you can see the unique Red Colobus monkeys. We also offer a walking your along the village. Other entertainments are available for both children and adults.
Our round open restaurant lies directly on the beach. It gives you a cosy and homely feeling while enjoying your meal in a romantic atmosphere of the moon light and sun rise reflecting on the sparkling Indian Ocean. Our kitchen serves delicious traditional and international dishes. Our excellent chef spoils
you with his daily home made fresh caught fish, vegetables and exotic fruits. Yet, never hesitate in asking for our special dish and wises, for our manager can provides, pamper and charm you with his Mediterranean specialties among other things.
